Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:

  • on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods under one order and these are delivered together;

  • on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the last goods, provided that you ordered multiple goods under one order and these are delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This can be done via email: Support@trovimo.uk.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising the withdrawal right before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within 30 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will this reimbursement incur additional costs for you.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have either:

  • received the returned goods, or

  • you have provided proof that you have returned the goods,
    whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 30 days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiration of the 30-day period.
The direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Reasons for Exclusion and Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

  • for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are produced based on an individual choice or decision of the consumer;

  • for the supply of goods that may deteriorate quickly or have a short expiration date;

  • for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the contract, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose value depends on market fluctuations;

  • for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscriptions.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

  • for the supply of sealed goods which, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return if the seal has been removed after delivery;

  • for the supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;

  • for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
